Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary
- Deliver high-quality insurance sales and service to clients as an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) in Ogden, UT
- Work full-time in a professional State Farm agency environment
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable insurance products
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and licensing requirements
Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead development and appointment scheduling
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and support
- Market insurance products and services that meet the needs of clients in the Ogden, UT area
- Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a positive office culture
- Ensure compliance with all State Farm agency policies and state licensing regulations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain)
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to multi-task effectively and relate well to customers
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
