- Schedule appointments and conduct in-depth needs analysis with prospective clients
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to meet customer needs
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets set by the agency
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and agency policies

- Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Ability to develop rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Must be able to work on-site at the agency location in Middleburg Heights, OH
- Holds both Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Experienced in inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing
