Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary
- Engage with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance requirements and recommend tailored solutions.
- Utilize your knowledge in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance to guide customers through available products and services.
- Foster positive, long-term relationships that support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to the agency’s growth by consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Identify customer needs through consultative conversations and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing regular follow-up and support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claims processing, and billing clarification.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields (preferred).
- Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain these licenses as a condition of employment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas (preferred).
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong self-motivation and initiative.
