Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Schedule appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective and current clients
- Present, explain, and recommend suitable insurance products and services based on individual client profiles
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring regular follow-ups and prompt responses to inquiries
- Deliver accurate, timely, and friendly customer service, addressing questions about policy coverage, eligibility, claims, billing, transfers, and policy changes
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and quotas through persistence and effective sales strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, trends, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to enhance professional skills

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred
