Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads through prospecting, outreach, and follow-up activities.
- Schedule client appointments to discuss insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy information, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing questions.
- Support agency goals by meeting or exceeding sales objectives and quotas.
- Educate clients about available insurance products including auto, homeowners, renters, life, and health insurance policies.
- Assist with claim submissions and provide guidance throughout the claims process.
- Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to a positive office culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
