Key Responsibilities- Develop and nurture leads, proactively reach out to potential clients, and schedule appointments to discuss insurance needs and product offerings.
- Assess and identify customer requirements to recommend and market appropriate products and services, including property & casualty, life, and health insurance solutions.
- Build, establish, and maintain strong customer relationships; follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Work collaboratively as a valued member of the agent’s team to achieve office goals and contribute to agency success.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Previous State Farm experience is preferred, but not required.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to multi-task and work independently while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers and understand their insurance needs.
