Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas
- Maintain compliance with all agency and industry standards, regulations, and licensing requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life & Health insurance license (must be able to obtain if not already held)
- Demonstrated experience in insurance sales preferred
- Background in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Must be able to work on-site at the agency location
