- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life and Health insurance license (required or willingness to obtain)
- In-office availability Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Insurance sales experience preferred
- Previous sales experience (retail, telemarketing, inside or outside sales) preferred
- Proven record of achieving sales goals is advantageous
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
