Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
- Implement inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive new business
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close policies for personal lines
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients to deepen relationships and boost retention
- Establish and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionals
