Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary- Role focused on marketing, selling, and servicing Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products
- Leverage agency-provided leads and resources to drive new business and expand existing client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client trust
- Obtain and maintain required licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (support provided for licensing)
- Utilize inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate and close new business opportunities
- Generate accurate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines insurance policies
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate daily commitment to sales goals and client satisfaction
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients to maximize policy retention
- Develop and nurture referral relationships with industry professionals, such as mortgage lenders and realtors
- Identify and pursue new financial service opportunities with both new and current clients
