Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Engage in inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate quotes, follow up on leads, and close insurance policies.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to deepen client relationships and improve retention rates.
- Build and manage referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionals in the community.
- Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals as outlined by the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- General Lines Property & Casualty License is required (assistance provided in obtaining license).
- General Lines Life & Health License required (must be obtained within 30 days of employment).
- Sales experience or client-facing background preferred, but not required.
