Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain active licenses in General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance (support for licensing provided if needed)
- Drive business growth through targeted inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales for personal lines insurance policies
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to all clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Maintain a strong daily work ethic with commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients to deepen relationships and maximize coverage options
- Develop referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and other professionals to expand lead sources
- Identify and develop new opportunities in financial services with both existing and prospective clients
- Participate in all required training sessions and adapt to evolving agency strategies

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or relevant certifications are a plus
- Insurance sales experience is preferred but not required
- Background in sales or other client-facing roles is advantageous
- Proven track record of dependability, ethical behavior, and trustworthiness
- Must be coachable, motivated, and determined to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills required
- General Lines Property & Casualty License required (support provided if not yet licensed)
- General Lines Life & Health License required within 30 days of employment (support provided)
