Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance producer licenses (support provided as needed)
- Employ inbound and outbound sales strategies to attract and engage clients
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines policies
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support to all clients
- Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients to deepen relationships
- Develop and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other industry professionals
- Identify new financial service opportunities for both current and prospective clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals to maximize earnings potential

- Required: General Lines Property & Casualty License (support available for obtaining)
