Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position with Tom Pearson - State Farm Agency
- Focus on selling and servicing Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health insurance products

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads, schedule client appointments, and assess client insurance needs
- Market and explain a range of insurance products and services to prospective and existing clients
- Establish, nurture, and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional customer service, including: responding to inquiries about policy coverage, eligibility, changes, claims, billing, and more
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing clear guidance and support throughout the sales and service process
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency sales goals and objectives
- Demonstrate compliance with all State Farm and regulatory policies for licensed insurance agents

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Proven ability to relate effectively to customers and address their needs
- Ability to commute and work on-site in Richmond and Atlee
