Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with current and prospective clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Conduct needs-based insurance reviews to educate clients and recommend suitable options.
- Prepare insurance quotes, deliver persuasive sales presentations, and close new business.
- Maintain and grow ongoing networking relationships within the community and industry.
- Display a consistent commitment to meeting and exceeding daily and long-term sales targets.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred.
