Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary- Full-time, in-office role in Little Rock, AR
- Focus on property & casualty, life, and health insurance sales

- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas established by the agency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency objectives

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred

- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Ability to commute to and work in the Little Rock, AR office
- Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance
- Demonstrated sales success in insurance or related fields

- This position is with an independent State Farm contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies
