Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and actively identify customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing clients
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, ensuring ongoing communication and support
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life & Health license (preferred)
- Experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is highly desirable
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas (preferred)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to relate to and build rapport with customers
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
