Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary
- Full-time position within an established, award-winning State Farm agency
- Focus on developing and servicing insurance business for property & casualty, as well as life & health lines

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs-based assessments with prospective and existing clients
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to meet individual client needs
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with ongoing follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service at all times
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Achieve or exceed agency sales goals and performance metrics
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Active Life and Health insurance license required
- Florida 2-15, 2-20, or 4-40 license required prior to start date
- Previous sales experience preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to clients
- Must be able to work in-office in Lakewood Ranch, FL
