Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed SummaryThe Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed will be responsible for developing new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored insurance solutions. This role is perfect for professionals who hold a Property & Casualty insurance license, are driven by results, and want to grow within a reputable agency. You will manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, and provide ongoing service to ensure clients' needs are met.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach in the Carlisle, PA area.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers by identifying their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and present customized insurance solutions for Auto, Home, Life, and other products.
- Sell and cross-sell State Farm insurance products to meet individual and agency growth goals.
- Follow up with prospects and existing policyholders to strengthen relationships and generate repeat business.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage reviews.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the agency.
- Base salary range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
- Projected total compensation: $75,000 – $90,000+ per year (including base salary, commissions, and performance bonuses)

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
