Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed Summary- Full-time position focused on selling Property & Casualty insurance products
- Engage with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage
- Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and follow-up

- Schedule appointments and conduct value-based conversations with prospective and existing clients

- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and service
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, policy transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by the agency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations
