Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed Summary
- Full-time, in-office sales role focused on Property & Casualty insurance products.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and deliver effective solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads through referrals, networking, agency-generated prospects, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships by identifying insurance needs and recommending the appropriate policy coverages.
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and deliver customized solutions that address client requirements across Auto, Home, Life, and other insurance lines.
- Sell and cross-sell a range of State Farm insurance products, including Property & Casualty, Life, and Health.
- Follow up with prospects and current customers to deepen relationships, generate repeat business, and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and regular coverage reviews.
- Consistently meet and strive to exceed individual sales goals, contributing to the overall growth and success of the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required for the Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed position.
- Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire).
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
