Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) - Summary- Full-time, in-office role in Port Saint Lucie, FL
- Focus on sales and customer service in the insurance industry

- Develop new business leads and schedule appointments with prospective customers
- Assess and identify customer needs, then recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Support agency growth through effective marketing strategies and outreach initiatives
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards at all times
- Competitive base salary plus commission and bonus incentives

- Valuable, hands-on experience in the insurance field

- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (Florida 4-40 or 2-20 required)
- Experience in insurance sales is preferred
- Sales background (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, telemarketing) is a plus
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work onsite in Port Saint Lucie, FL
- Licensed in Property & Casualty insurance (4-40 or 2-20 Florida license)
