Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) - Summary- Full-time position focused on selling and servicing property & casualty insurance products.
- Requires an active California P&C insurance license.

- Handle inbound internet and online leads, ensuring prompt and professional follow-up.
- Identify and assess customer insurance needs, recommending suitable products and coverage options.
- Present, quote, and close insurance policies while adhering to ethical sales practices.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
- Assist clients with basic service requests related to their existing policies.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in agency systems.
- Competitive hourly base pay, commensurate with licensing and experience.

- Life & Health insurance license is a plus, but not required at hire.
