Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with leads and convert them into new account acquisitions through consultative sales techniques.
- Manage a dynamic pipeline of provided and self-generated sales opportunities using agency systems and CRM tools.
- Implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Demonstrate proficiency in carrier products, underwriting guidelines, and agency technology platforms.
- Process insurance applications, generate quotes, present tailored proposals, and close new business accounts.
- Issue policies with appropriate insurance carriers and transition new business files to the client onboarding team.
- Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 service work including adding new lines of business, handling renewals, and supporting client service representatives.
- Assist with the training and onboarding of new sales consultants as needed.
- Support the client experience team with account renewals, policy rewrites, and ensure high-quality customer service at every touchpoint.
- Participate in agency-sponsored community involvement initiatives and uphold our commitment to making a positive impact.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in personal lines insurance markets.
- Comprehensive understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and relevant state insurance laws.
- Strong computer literacy and comfort with using technology in daily work.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and client relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record in persuasive sales and an ability to build lasting client rapport.
