Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead conversion and acquisition of new insurance accounts
- Manage a robust pipeline of provided and self-generated sales opportunities
- Implement innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of carrier products, appetites, and underwriting guidelines
- Utilize agency systems and technology to maximize efficiency and client experience
- Quote, present proposals, and close business with prospective clients
- Issue new client accounts and coordinate seamless transition to onboarding teams
- Support new client onboarding and satisfy underwriting stipulations
- Assist in training and mentoring new sales consultants
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts
- Support account renewals and policy rewrites with the client experience team
- Deliver high-quality, personalized client service beyond call center standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty Producer License
