Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time position focused on insurance sales, new client acquisition, and policy management
- Requires active Property and Casualty (P&C) license with at least two years of personal lines experience

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead conversion and new account acquisition through proactive sales efforts
- Manage a pipeline of provided and self-generated sales opportunities
- Execute innovative sales strategies and maintain proficiency with carrier products and underwriting guidelines
- Utilize agency systems and technology for efficient operations
- Intake applications, produce insurance quotes, present proposals, and close business
- Issue new client accounts and transition files to the onboarding team
- Support training and onboarding of new sales consultants
- Add new lines of business to existing client accounts
- Assist with account renewals, policy re-writes, and support the client experience team
- Fulfill underwriting stipulations and maintain compliance with state insurance laws

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty Producer License (P&C)
