Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed Summary
- Full-time position based in-office at a respected State Farm agency in Fort Worth, TX
- Focus on selling Property & Casualty insurance products and providing top-tier customer service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through various channels to build a strong customer base
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultative sales conversations with potential and existing clients
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with policyholders, offering timely follow-ups as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to customers, including responding to inquiries about product availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license (required)
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license, or willingness and ability to obtain one
- Previous sales experience in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or related field is preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred but not required
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas is advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong customer focus and ability to build rapport with diverse clients
