Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) - Summary
As an Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed), your primary mission is to deliver outstanding service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. You will support our sales team and agency goals while ensuring that clients receive comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to their needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage insurance leads, schedule appointments, and assess client needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing consistent follow-up and ongoing support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency sales objectives and contribute to a positive office culture.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage client information, document interactions, and track sales progress.
- Maintain knowledge of State Farm product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge, including opportunities beyond Property & Casualty, such as Life & Health and financial products.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Recent State Farm sales experience is a must.
- Life & Health insurance license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated success in insurance sales or a similar sales environment (inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing preferred).
- Successful history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to build rapport, relate well to clients, and provide empathetic, solutions-based service.
- Proficiency in computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to commute to our West Lake Hills location in Austin on a daily basis.
