License Requirement:
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license in California, Arizona, or Oregon required prior to start date.
- Willingness to obtain P&C licenses in all three states (CA, AZ, and OR), with reimbursement for associated fees after a 90-day probationary period.
- Remote work available for candidates with an active P&C license in Arizona or Oregon.

The Insurance Sales Agent – P&C Licensed is responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to support the growth and success of the agency. Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads by reaching out to prospective clients and following up with existing customers.
- Schedule appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and attentive service.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as established by the agency.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve overall business objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license required; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed.
- Life and Health license preferred but not required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred; relevant experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is also valued.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong ability to build rapport and relate to customers.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
