Insurance Sales Agent (P&C Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time, in-office position focused on sales and customer service within a reputable State Farm agency.
- Leverage your active Property & Casualty insurance license to generate leads, consult clients, and provide comprehensive insurance solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities by generating leads and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health options.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt, accurate, and friendly service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and promote policy retention.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and agency procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required).
- Ability to obtain Life and Health insurance license (required within a designated period).
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred, including property, casualty, life, or health lines.
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen and relate to clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
