Insurance Sales Agent (P&C License) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads through proactive outreach and scheduling appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed
- Respond promptly, accurately, and courteously to client inquiries regarding policy information, changes, claims, and billing
- Support customers throughout the insurance process, ensuring satisfaction and understanding of coverage options
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas set by the agency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales and service objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Experience working in an insurance office is required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred (must have or be willing to obtain)
- Proven background in customer service and/or sales is preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to a diverse customer base
