Insurance Sales Agent (P&C/L&H Licensed) - Summary
- Full-time position focused on insurance product sales and customer service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads through prospecting and networking initiatives
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultations to assess customer insurance needs
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products and services based on individual client requirements
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about policy availability, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Process policy applications, updates, and documentation efficiently and accurately
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
- Stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and compliance requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Prior experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
- Active or willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (P&C, L&H)
- Documented success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Background in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous
- Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to relate to clients and provide tailored solutions
- Commitment to obtaining and maintaining required insurance licenses
