Insurance Sales Agent (P&C/L&H Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads by proactively reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including auto, home, life, and health policies.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, following up regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any changing needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service — including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals and quotas to contribute to the agency’s success.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in accordance with agency and compliance standards.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay current with product offerings, industry trends, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Active Life & Health license required.
- Prior experience in insurance sales preferred, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and relate to their needs.
- Willingness to work onsite in the agency office as required.
