Insurance Sales Agent (P&C/L&H Licensed) - Summary
- Serve as a licensed insurance professional, providing customers with guidance on property, casualty, life, and health insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support throughout their insurance journey.
- Utilize your expertise and licensure to identify customer needs and recommend suitable coverage options.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop qualified leads and schedule appointments to discuss insurance products and services.
- Analyze customer needs to match them with suitable insurance solutions, including property, casualty, life, and health coverage.
- Market insurance products and explain policy features, benefits, and coverage details to clients.
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as required.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Actively participate in agency meetings, training, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required).
- Active Life & Health license (required).
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Background in sales, whether inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong listening abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
