Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H, Bilingual) - Summary
- Full-time role in a dynamic insurance office environment
- Focus on personal lines insurance sales and customer service

- Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses required

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify sales leads through proactive outreach and marketing
- Schedule appointments and conduct in-depth needs assessments with prospective and existing clients
- Recommend and sell appropriate insurance products, including auto, home, life, and health policies
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to client inquiries regarding policy options, changes, billing, claims, and coverage details
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets set by the agency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences and agency operations

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English or Spanish/Creole (required)
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (preferred)
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport
