Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying the insurance needs of potential and existing customers.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) policies, to meet client requirements.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support and timely follow-up communications.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries about insurance product availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims processes, and billing questions.
- Contribute to the agency’s sales goals by consistently meeting or exceeding assigned quotas and benchmarks.
- Maintain thorough and up-to-date client records in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance licenses required.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles is preferred, including outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and meet established goals is desirable.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relate to customers from diverse backgrounds.
