Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up and communication
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Explain insurance availability, eligibility, and policy features to clients
- Assist with claim submissions and billing clarifications as needed
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and quotas

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred
- Previous experience in insurance sales strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to customers
