Insurance Sales Agent – P&C, L&H Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective insurance clients through effective lead generation strategies.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide recommendations.
- Market and sell appropriate Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding availability, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claims, and coverage details.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in compliance with agency procedures.
- Meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals and quotas through effective sales techniques and client engagement.
