Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess insurance needs.
- Present and market appropriate insurance products and services to individuals and families.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including answering questions about policy availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients with policy selection, quoting, applications, and ongoing service needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and agency goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and agency standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Active Life & Health (L&H) insurance license required.
- Proven experience in insurance sales, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, or retail sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success meeting sales goals and quotas preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willingness to work on-site in Reston, VA.
