Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels to expand the client base
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs
- Develop customized insurance proposals for Property & Casualty, Life & Health products
- Establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Provide accurate and friendly service, including responding to inquiries about coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Assist clients with policy onboarding, renewals, and transfers
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as outlined by the agency
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products and services
- Comply with all applicable licensing and training requirements

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred
