Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary
The Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) is responsible for developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop insurance leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultative meetings with clients to assess their insurance needs.
- Recommend and market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) policies.
- Establish and nurture ongoing customer relationships, providing timely follow-up and personalized service.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support, responding to inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, eligibility, claims, billing, and more.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in accordance with agency protocols and compliance standards.
- Achieve targeted sales goals and contribute to overall agency success.
- Stay current on industry developments, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Ability and willingness to obtain a Life & Health (L&H) insurance license if not already held.
- Previous experience in insurance sales preferred; retail or telemarketing sales experience also considered.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas and performance goals preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers and understand their needs.
- Ability to work full-time in an in-office setting in Nashua, NH.
