In this full-time Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) role, you will leverage your active Property and Casualty (P&C) license and, ideally, your Life & Health (L&H) license to provide tailored insurance solutions to individuals and families. You will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, understanding client needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products and services. Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary- Full-time position supporting a State Farm agency focused on customer needs and team success
- Requires an active Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license preferred
- Customer relationship building and tailored insurance solutions are central to the role
- Develop and pursue leads for new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments and conduct needs assessments with prospective and current clients
- Recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to policy inquiries, processing changes, managing transfers, addressing claims, and clarifying billing
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and agency sales goals and quotas
- Base hourly pay commensurate with licensing and experience
- Commission earnings in addition to base pay
- Performance-based bonuses available throughout the year

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
