Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue leads through effective prospecting strategies.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client insurance needs.
- Recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services based on client requirements.
- Establish strong customer relationships and provide ongoing support and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing issues.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and contribute to agency goals.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required prior to the start date.
- Must be willing and able to obtain Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment.
- Previous insurance sales experience is highly desirable.
- Background in sales (inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers.
