Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule client appointments, and assess customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services to new and existing clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up and ongoing support.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about policy options, changes, eligibility, and claims.
- Guide clients through the insurance application process, clarify billing questions, and assist with policy transfers.
- Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating a commitment to agency success.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development as required by State Farm independent contractor agent standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain as a condition of employment).
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles preferred (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and performance goals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
