Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Schedule appointments and conduct consultative sales conversations to identify clients’ insurance needs.
- Present appropriate insurance products and services, including P&C and L&H policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverage, changes, transfers, claims, and billing issues.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy information.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals by providing value-based solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales, with preference for candidates holding Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses.
- Proven sales experience, such as outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing roles.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to achieving results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to relate effectively to clients and build rapport with diverse individuals.
