Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, changes, claims, and billing.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and quotas set by the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Life & Health (L&H) license required.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
- Background in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
