Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary
- Full-time role focused on property & casualty and life & health insurance sales

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and pursue new sales leads through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
- Recommend and market suitable insurance products, including property, casualty, life, and health policies
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-up and exceptional service
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to client inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, claim submissions, transfers, and billing clarifications
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success
- Maintain thorough knowledge of agency products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license strongly preferred
- Prior experience in insurance sales highly preferred
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within an office environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and relate to clients from diverse backgrounds
