Insurance Sales Agent (P&C/L&H) – Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through prospecting and networking
- Schedule appointments with new and existing clients
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products including auto, home, life, and health policies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service
- Provide accurate information regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, and policy changes
- Guide clients through claims submissions and billing inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Life & Health insurance license (preferred)
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related sales field preferred
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals is advantageous
