Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, L&H) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads to expand the customer base for insurance products
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess and identify customer needs
- Market and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries on coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Support agency goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Engage professionally with customers in person and over the phone

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience highly preferred
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a sales environment
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
