Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate products and services to clients.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing follow-up support as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Life & Health (L&H) insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Experience in insurance sales, outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is advantageous.
